Lela is a white Rambouillet ewe . She was a bottle baby, along with her sister, raised by my daughter. Lela has such a kind and gentle nature. She can make anyone’s heart melt with her sweet face and gentle eyes. Lela is much like her sister when it comes to making friends. Of course once her sister befriended my daughter’s bottle baby calf, Lela made friends with our calf just as quickly. Lela often comes up to us in the field and wants nothing more than a good rub down. She is now two years old and proving to be wonderful mother that raises beautiful lambs. Her fleece has a gorgeously defined crimp and is incredibly soft. Her fleece has a staple length of 4.5 inches and a weight of 8.9 pounds.
